What you will do

• Design and produce high-quality creative assets across digital, social, email, and print channels.
• Collaborate with strategists, writers, and developers to translate concepts into polished, production-ready work.
• Experiment with AI-powered creative tools to improve speed, consistency, and output quality.
• Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all design systems and client projects.
• Communicate design decisions clearly and contribute fresh ideas to team brainstorming sessions.
• Identify and automate repetitive production tasks to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic, visual, or production design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real-world design problem-solving and production quality.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (indicated by 401k and US-specific benefits).
• Comfortable learning and applying new creative technologies, including generative AI.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion design or basic animation (After Effects).
• Familiarity with accessibility best practices and responsive design.
• Experience working in agency or cross-functional creative environments.
• CPACC certification.
