Salary: $102,936 – $113,579 (Base salary excluding 12% superannuation)

What you will do

• Administer and monitor server and system infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Maintain system security through patching, hardening, and implementing robust controls.
• Coordinate with managed service providers to resolve technical incidents and manage escalations.
• Participate in an on-call roster to provide after-hours technical support.
• Collaborate on infrastructure projects, upgrades, and service improvements.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, change management, and cybersecurity policies.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Valid NSW Driver Licence and ability to travel between sites.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call roster for after-hours support.
• Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check.
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise server environments, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure management, including compute, storage, and backup systems.
