What you will do

• Provide first-level helpdesk support for PC, POS, and radio printer hardware and software.
• Resolve non-complex technical issues to minimize system downtime and loss of productivity.
• Perform standard set-up activities for user accounts, computers, mobile devices, and AV equipment.
• Build, configure, and distribute the Standard Operating Environment (SOE), including software installation.
• Support internal meetings and keeper talks by ensuring the smooth operation of AV and conferencing equipment.
• Monitor system performance and contribute to the internal knowledge base and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sydney, Australia and hold a valid NSW Driver Licence.
• Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required or must be obtainable.
• Experience in Level 1 IT support or helpdesk environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and user management via Active Directory or Entra ID.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like JIRA and device management tools like Microsoft Intune.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent demonstrated experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ITIL framework.
• Experience with IT asset management and record keeping.
