What you will do

• Deploy, configure, and commission ICT infrastructure components utilizing COTS software and hardware.
• Install and configure networking infrastructure, firewalls, and security products.
• Manage and support server-based virtualization solutions and Windows Server products.
• Create detailed documentation to capture design decisions and implementation details.
• Provide technical support via a rotating on-call roster and assist remote site rollout teams.
• Travel interstate and overseas for project deployment and commissioning, including work at correctional or detention facilities.

Requirements

• Relevant Engineering degree.
• Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance (Baseline level).
• Experience with network admission control, SNMP trap monitoring, and backup/recovery solutions.
• Proficiency in workstation configuration and OEM software licensing management.
• Construction Industry White Card and Security Installers License for Australia and New Zealand (or ability to obtain them).
• Knowledge of release and deployment management practices and engineering principles for verification and testing.
