What you will do

• Manage and coach the local IT support team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including hardware/software inventory, licensing, and deployment.
• Maintain and monitor on-premises infrastructure, core services, and virtualization platforms using tools like Grafana.
• Collaborate with global IT and security teams to ensure standardization and operational efficiency.
• Partner with studio leadership to influence technology strategy and infrastructure planning.
• Provide hands-on technical support and participate in after-hours maintenance as needed.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brisbane and available for on-site work.
• Proven experience in IT management or senior technical support roles.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, virtualization, and network operations.
• Ability to manage hardware/software assets and ensure security compliance.
• Experience in coaching teams and collaborating with global stakeholders.
• Hands-on approach to technical troubleshooting and hardware deployment.
