What you will do

• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for complex technical issues.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and M365 services.
• Manage virtualized environments using VMware and Hyper-V.
• Maintain enterprise backup and recovery solutions including Veeam and Commvault.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Ansible to improve service quality.
• Support the transition of solutions from project delivery to operational readiness.

Requirements

• Must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
• Must be based in Melbourne.
• Proven experience supporting Microsoft server and workstation environments in an MSP context.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and virtualization platforms.
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise backup and recovery tools.
• Strong scripting skills, particularly with PowerShell.
