What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of field sellers to achieve individual and organizational quotas.
  • Formulate and execute business growth strategies for the SLED sector.
  • Coach direct reports on pipeline management, forecasting, and closure strategies.
  • Engage in territory planning and relationship development with C-suite executives.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new team members while upholding core company values.
  • Oversee team selling opportunities and manage significant client escalations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • No immigration sponsorship available; must have valid work authorization.
  • Proven experience as a first-line sales leader in SaaS, networking, or security industries.
  • Track record of successful sales pipeline management and consistent revenue delivery.
  • Experience with channel and partner sales models.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for business travel.
