TL;DR

Manager, Corporate Sales (Cybersecurity): Managing and scaling a team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth and pipeline development with an accent on territory planning and sales process optimization. Location: Must be based in the Pacific Time Zone (ideally California)

Compensation: $280,000–$320,000

What you will do

  • Report directly to the RVP, Commercial Sales and lead a team of Account Executives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies with a focus on territory planning and pipeline generation.
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new sales talent to build a high-performing team.
  • Coach and mentor team members to foster professional growth and performance excellence.
  • Drive alignment with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and solutions architects.
  • Build and refine processes for team member ramping and sales execution.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the Pacific Time Zone (ideally California).
  • 5+ years of experience selling technical products, preferably in Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or OSS.
  • 1+ years of experience in managing high-performing software sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of the MEDDPICC sales framework.
  • Experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing sales talent.
  • Startup experience is strongly preferred.
