Location: Must be based in the US and able to work from the Chicago office three days per week
Salary: $250,000 - $276,000 OTE

What you will do
- Recruit, coach, and develop a team of Commercial Sales Engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
- Coach the team on discovery, product demonstrations, technical qualification, and customer communication.
- Collaborate with Commercial Sales leaders to improve pipeline progression and overall deal execution.
- Develop onboarding programs, playbooks, and repeatable operating rhythms for early-career engineers.
- Partner with Product, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Engineering to improve the customer experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Solutions Architecture within cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
- 2+ years of people leadership experience leading customer-facing technical teams.
- Experience supporting Commercial, SMB, or Mid-Market sales organizations.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, including networking, cloud security, identity, and vulnerability management.
- Ability to work from the Chicago office three days per week.
