Senior Vice President of Global Sales (Cybersecurity): Leading the strategic vision and execution of the company’s global GTM engine across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments with an accent on expanding direct sales motions and channel efforts. Focus on translating AI product capabilities into value propositions, leveraging CISO relationships, and implementing a scalable sales operating system.
Location: Remote - US (East or Central time zones preferred)
Salary: $500k-600k OTE per year

What you will do
- Develop and execute a global sales strategy to dominate the Continuous Offensive Security Testing market.
- Translate AI product capabilities, such as autonomous pentesting and risk-based triggers, into customer value propositions and sales plays.
- Scale enterprise and high-velocity sales motions using land-and-expand playbooks to drive larger ACVs.
- Implement a scalable sales operating system with rigorous pipeline and forecasting discipline.
- Hire, coach, and develop sales leaders and AEs, defining roles, compensation, and performance frameworks.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Finance on lead quality, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US (East or Central time zones preferred).
- 10-15+ years of experience in enterprise software or tech-enabled services sales.
- Previous CRO, VP, or SVP-level leadership experience scaling revenue from $75M to $300M+.
- Deep expertise in cybersecurity and established relationships with CISOs.
- Proven experience managing complex international sales motions, particularly in Europe.
- Strong track record of forecasting rigor and team mentorship.
