What you will do

  • Actively pursue new business opportunities and generate sales leads in line with strategic targets.
  • Conduct application engineering activities and represent the company in contractual and pricing negotiations.
  • Manage awarded projects using the established product development process to ensure smooth production preparation.
  • Maintain communication flow between internal departments and customers both locally and overseas.
  • Establish long-term strategic relationships with customers across various organizational levels.

Requirements

  • University Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience at an automotive Tier 1 supplier or Japanese OEM makers.
  • Experience in Project Management, Business Development, or Sales.
  • Japanese: Native language level.
  • English: Business proficiency required.
