What you will do

• Own the end-to-end social media strategy across organic, paid social, and influencer programs.
• Define channel architecture and content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
• Lead the influencer marketing function, overseeing creator sourcing, vetting, contracting, and measurement.
• Collaborate with Paid Media and internal creative teams to ensure platform-native content and shared creative learnings.
• Establish a measurement framework to link social activity to brand health, member engagement, and business outcomes.
• Manage and mentor a team of three direct reports and multiple contingent workers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in social media marketing.
• 3+ years in a people management role.
• Proven track record of building and scaling social programs for a large consumer brand.
• Deep platform fluency across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
• Experience building influencer marketing programs, including creator strategy and contracting.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer technology, fintech, or financial services.
• Expertise in building brand presence with Gen Z audiences.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflows for content operations.
• Hands-on experience with Sprinklr, Sprout Social, or Plot.
