What you will do

• Lead strategy and execution of integrated paid media campaigns across search, social, display, video, and affiliate channels.
• Manage and mentor internal teams and external agency partners, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversee paid media budgets and drive efficiency in effective Customer Acquisition Cost (eCAC).
• Manage marketing data infrastructure, including lead source attribution, UTM structures, and signal quality.
• Partner with creative, product, and data teams to optimize messaging and funnel performance.
• Develop and execute a creative testing roadmap to expand reach and performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• At least 5 years of direct management of Google Search, YouTube, and Meta campaigns.
• Proven experience managing large budgets (over $1mm/month) and scaling full-funnel campaigns.
• Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and advanced tracking tools.
• Experience managing direct reports or external agency relationships.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in New York, NY.

• Knowledge of attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Familiarity with applying AI tools to improve departmental efficiency and workflows.
