TL;DR
Technical Program Manager (TAM CoE): Leading cross-functional programs to enable service readiness, operational transformation, and data-driven decision-making within the customer success organization with an accent on process scalability, analytics, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on translating strategic priorities into actionable execution plans, improving governance models, and driving measurable outcomes across Services, Product, and Engineering teams.
Location: Must be based in the United States (Morrisville, NC or Wichita, KS). This is a hybrid role with in-office expectations.
Salary: $170,000 - $220,000 (OTE)

What you will do
- Lead readiness, enablement, and execution planning for SAM/TAM programs and service portfolio changes.
- Develop and manage program plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies for cross-functional initiatives.
- Build and maintain analytics, dashboards, and reporting to support leadership decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Engineering, and IT to resolve blockers and align execution.
- Define and improve repeatable processes, governance models, and operating rhythms to improve scalability.
- Identify process gaps and operational risks while driving practical improvements.
Requirements
- US Citizenship required.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in technical program management, services operations, or customer success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Strong data analysis, reporting, dashboarding, and executive communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives with limited supervision.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and deliver outcomes in ambiguous environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with products, ONTAP, or enterprise support delivery models.
- 9–11 years of experience (if not meeting the 12-year minimum).
