What you will do

• Lead complex commercial and government system integration programs from opportunity through customer acceptance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute successful program delivery plans.
• Coordinate external suppliers and partners to ensure successful integration into overall program execution.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Support pre-award planning by evaluating project complexity, execution strategies, and resource requirements.
• Standardize the Project Lookback process to drive continuous improvement across the PMO.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience, or Master's with 7+ years.
• Experience managing complex technical programs in engineering, manufacturing, or systems integration.
• Proven ability to proactively solve problems, manage risks, and drive results.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience in the test and measurement or related high-technology industry.
