Salary: $100,000–$200,000 annually.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary interface with Government leadership, COR, and technical stakeholders.
• Lead contract performance activities including planning, execution, staffing, and financial oversight.
• Manage Agile software development, O&M, and cloud modernization initiatives.
• Direct cross-functional teams of architects, developers, engineers, and testers.
• Prepare executive status reports, financial dashboards, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with Government quality, cybersecurity, and accessibility standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
• Minimum 10 years of IT Program or Project Management experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing Federal Government IT contracts.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 2 (Moderate Risk) Public Trust background investigation.
• Demonstrated experience leading Agile software development teams.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Federal Civilian agencies.
• Experience managing Microsoft cloud modernization efforts.
• Experience with ITIL service management processes.
• Experience supporting Agile Scrum or SAFe methodologies.
