Location: Must be based in the USA (Phoenix, Arizona office available; role supports remote, hybrid, or onsite work models).

Salary: $193,000 - $241,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of technical program managers to ensure high performance and bench strength.
  • Implement efficient operational frameworks that maximize information flow and transparency for leadership.
  • Drive the achievement of organizational OKRs by leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Act as a Principal Program Manager on high-priority, challenging technical problems.
  • Partner with Directors and VPs across sales, marketing, finance, and engineering to align execution with business goals.
  • Adjust team plans dynamically in response to changing business requirements and risks.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship is not available).
  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, or related fields.
  • 4-6 years of direct people management experience.
  • Deep understanding of SDLC, engineering standards, and architectural risk management.
  • Proven ability to influence without organizational power and build trust across all levels.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
