Salary: $193,000 - $241,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of technical program managers to ensure high performance and bench strength.
- Implement efficient operational frameworks that maximize information flow and transparency for leadership.
- Drive the achievement of organizational OKRs by leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Act as a Principal Program Manager on high-priority, challenging technical problems.
- Partner with Directors and VPs across sales, marketing, finance, and engineering to align execution with business goals.
- Adjust team plans dynamically in response to changing business requirements and risks.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship is not available).
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, or related fields.
- 4-6 years of direct people management experience.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, engineering standards, and architectural risk management.
- Proven ability to influence without organizational power and build trust across all levels.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
