What you will do

• Act as the primary subject matter expert for compensation programs, job architecture, and governance.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to deliver market-based salary recommendations and workforce planning.
• Lead job evaluations, market pricing, and annual compensation planning to ensure internal equity.
• Administer compensation systems, market surveys, and data analytics to support data-driven decision making.
• Ensure FLSA compliance and support pay transparency initiatives across multiple business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• Expertise in market pricing, job evaluations, and salary structure administration.
• Strong knowledge of FLSA, wage and hour regulations, and pay transparency requirements.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, HRIS platforms, Workday, and MarketPay.
• US work authorization (E-verify) is required.
