What you will do

• Lead the People Systems team, managing analysts and aligning objectives with company strategy.
• Oversee and configure primary people systems, specifically Workday and Greenhouse.
• Collaborate with People, Finance, and IT teams to translate requirements into technical Workday solutions.
• Implement HRIS best practices, automation opportunities, and public company-ready ITGCs.
• Design and implement new features, maintaining comprehensive system documentation and user guides.

Requirements

• 6+ years of configuration experience with Workday HCM (business process framework, security, administration).
• 3+ years of experience leading an HRIS team.
• Expertise in at least three Workday functional areas (e.g., Compensation, Benefits, Payroll).
• Mastery of report writing, calculated fields, and EIBs.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Workday consulting experience.
• Experience with Workday integrations (XLSTs, Studio, RaaS) and Greenhouse ATS.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and ITGCs.
• Ability to architect AI workflows (Claude, Gemini, GPT) for HRIS automation.
