What you will do

  • Lead the technical execution of the company's compensation transformation, including job architecture, leveling, and salary structure design.
  • Conduct competitive market pricing and benchmarking using tools like Radford and Pave.
  • Manage day-to-day compensation operations, including offer reviews, promotions, and retention awards.
  • Develop compensation policies and resources to ensure equitable practices across the organization.
  • Partner with Finance and Legal teams on budgeting, merit planning, and compliance.
  • Optimize recurring compensation workflows using AI and technology to improve scalability.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive compensation experience in high-growth or technology environments.
  • Proven experience designing job architecture and career frameworks.
  • Strong expertise in market benchmarking using Radford, Pave, or Mercer.
  • Advanced analytical skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with global compensation practices and geographic pay strategies.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US (implied by 401k and US salary structures).

Nice to have

  • Experience preparing materials for the Board or Compensation Committee.
  • Knowledge of equity compensation programs.
  • Experience with sales compensation and incentive plan design.
