What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for large enterprise customers to identify expansion and new business growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders, including C-level and VP executives, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from qualification and value articulation through to negotiation and closing.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to monitor account health, drive adoption of key use cases, and identify growth signals.
  • Master and demonstrate the hirify.global platform to inspire new ways of working and address specific customer needs.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual targets while maintaining an accurate forecast and pipeline.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of successful experience in quota-carrying Account Management or Account Executive roles within SaaS.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets in managing and growing large, complex enterprise accounts.
  • Experience managing the full customer lifecycle, including complex renewals and deals in the $50k-$150k+ ACV range.
  • Strong ability to communicate value effectively to diverse stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Proficiency in structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Miller Heiman, or Challenger.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams.
