TL;DR
Major Account Manager (SaaS): Generating new opportunities within strategic financial and retail accounts through upselling and cross-selling with an accent on Secure DevOps and AI-driven code governance. Focus on leading strategic client engagements, navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, and ensuring compliance with standards like DORA and OWASP.
Location: Must be based in Zurich or be able to relocate there. Hybrid work model with three anchor days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday).

What you will do
- Drive revenue growth in strategic financial and retail accounts via upselling and cross-selling.
- Lead strategic engagements and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate compliance with DORA, CRA, and OWASP.
- Build relationships with technical and business champions to advocate for clean code and application security.
- Negotiate and close enterprise-level upgrades with deals exceeding £250k.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted industry-specific campaigns for banking and retail sectors.
- Manage account activity and opportunity forecasting using Salesforce.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales selling technical products to executive sponsors.
- Deep understanding of security standards: DORA, CRA, and OWASP Top 10.
- Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and complex sales cycles.
- Proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline management.
- Professional level of written and spoken English.
