TL;DR
SMB Account Executive (SaaS): Driving growth by establishing relationships with prospective SMB clients across EMEA and APAC with an accent on the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding. Focus on executing consultative sales strategies, managing C-level stakeholder relationships, and developing scalable processes for new business acquisition.
Location: Hybrid (Dublin, Ireland). On-site presence required Wednesday and Thursday.

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle for new SMB business across EMEA and APAC.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to Economic Buyers (CTO, COO, CFO).
- Build and execute quarterly victory plans and strategic territory plans.
- Prospect to build a strong pipeline and implement social selling tactics.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to share market insights.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and achieve Meeting KPIs.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in tech/software sales, Business Development, or account management.
- Proven track record of sales success.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin, Ireland office (Hybrid: Wed/Thu on-site).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead and influence solution sales with senior-level professionals.
- Affinity for technology and understanding of the solution sales cycle.

- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Experience selling to Learning & Development, IT, and Creative decision makers.
