Staff Technical Marketing Manager (Staff TMM) – Browser Security

Location: USA - Remote

Salary: $145,000–$220,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonuses, equity grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop technical demonstrations, hands-on labs, workshops, demo videos, solution briefs, whitepapers, blogs, and technical articles for Falcon Seraphic Enterprise Browser.
• Create practitioner-focused implementation content for secure access, browser security, VPN modernization, unmanaged device protection, and AI security.
• Shape product positioning, messaging, launches, go-to-market strategies, competitive differentiation, and field enablement.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into customer-focused narratives for practitioners, architects, IT leaders, analysts, and executives.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales Engineering, Enablement, Analyst Relations, Sales, and Field teams.
• Represent the company at conferences, customer meetings, webinars, and industry events as a technical subject matter expert.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, secure access, or browser security.
• Deep expertise in ZTNA, SWG, SASE/SSE, CASB, VPN replacement, VDI alternatives, identity-aware access, policy-based access control, and enterprise browser security.
• Understanding of remote connectivity, private application access, BYOD, contractor access, unmanaged device security, safe browsing, and SaaS and internal application access.
• Knowledge of AI security and governance challenges, including shadow AI discovery, GenAI data exposure, AI browser extensions, sensitive data controls, and policy enforcement.
• Experience creating and delivering complex technical demos, workshops, technical enablement, and customer-facing cybersecurity content.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical capabilities to both practitioners and executive buyers.
