What you will do

• Contribute to the design and scaling of a next-generation, AI-forward advertising technology stack.
• Own and maintain distributed real-time APIs and applications written in Go.
• Develop robust cross-team data flows using modern streaming platforms like Redpanda.
• Continuously improve the reliability, performance, and maintainability of core production systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience deploying high-performance production code.
• Strong track record of contributing to maintainable, large-scale distributed systems.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into effective technical solutions.
• Experience mentoring and promoting engineering best practices within a team.
• Must be based in the United States (New York).

Nice to have

• Experience with 0-to-1 new product launch initiatives.
• Hands-on experience scaling distributed systems from 1-to-N.
• Experience designing infrastructure for high-volume services and APIs.
• Familiarity with the AdTech ecosystem.
