What you will do

• Lead all estimating and preconstruction activities for utility-scale gas power generation projects from opportunity to award.
• Develop estimating strategies that balance technical excellence, commercial competitiveness, and project risk.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Construction teams to deliver high-quality proposals.
• Lead multidisciplinary bid teams responsible for procurement planning and commercial risk evaluation.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with owners, equipment manufacturers, and industry partners.
• Mentor and coach estimating leaders to build a high-performing preconstruction organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in estimating, preconstruction, or project management within utility-scale power generation or EPC.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing complex EPC proposals.
• Strong understanding of US-based commercial risk and project delivery strategies.

Nice to have

• Experience with gas turbine facilities, reciprocating engine plants, or balance of plant (BOP) systems.
• Knowledge of project financing and commercial contracting for industrial projects.
• Passion for value engineering and innovation in the gas power market.
