What you will do

• Perform detailed design of electrical power systems including one-line diagrams, SCADA, and grounding design.
• Develop computer-based models and perform power system studies such as short circuit, load flow, and arc flash analysis.
• Develop protective relay settings and oversee the installation of control systems.
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project proposals.
• Assist with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and field troubleshooting.
• Review and verify the work of designers and drafters for quality and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
• 7+ years of relevant engineering or field experience.
• FE licensure required; PE preferred.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be located in the Odessa/Midland, TX area.
• Proficiency with power system software (PSSE, PSCAD, ETAP, SKM).
