What you will do

  • Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and technicians for diverse EPC programs and design services.
  • Oversee design quality, project budgets, and schedules for complex engineering deliverables.
  • Manage client interactions, develop proposals, and support business development activities.
  • Conduct research for equipment recommendations and perform complex engineering calculations.
  • Provide technical leadership for high-voltage overhead transmission line projects to achieve project goals.
  • Handle hiring, discipline, and pay administration for subordinates.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 11 years of related work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
  • Experience managing EPC or design services for investor-owned utilities in the United States.
  • Proficiency in PLS-CADD, line routing, structural loading, and foundation design.
  • P.E. License is highly preferred.
  • Ability to travel to client sites and complete pre-employment background checks.
