Salary: $139,200 - $208,800

What you will do

• Build and lead the mission critical commissioning practice for data centers as the business expands.
• Oversee a team of commissioning agents and manage Level 1 through Level 5 commissioning execution.
• Develop electrical and mechanical testing scripts and standards to define operational workflows.
• Drive business development, including proposal development, pricing, and expanding the client base.
• Manage the practice's annual budget and track revenue margins to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with leadership to align staffing and resources with the mission critical strategy.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (relevant leadership experience may be considered in lieu of education).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of building strong teams and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Professional engineering license.
• ACG Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA) or similar credential.
• Experience within a mission critical commissioning firm or in mechanical/electrical commissioning roles.
• Established relationships with data center owners, operators, or general contractors.
