What you will do
- Grow and scale an engineering team servicing industrial clients in the Permian and Delaware Basins.
- Manage project budgets, scopes, and technical quality of deliverables.
- Mentor and coach team members through individualized development plans.
- Coordinate work assignments for engineers, designers, and technicians.
- Support business development and proposal preparation as a Seller-Doer.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide quarterly business updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of engineering or relevant field experience.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Must physically live within the Midland/Odessa, Texas area.
- Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work with limited information to create system designs and plans.
Nice to have
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
- Previous leadership experience within a consulting organization.
- Proficiency with power system software such as PSSE, PSCAD, PLSCADD, ETAP, or SKM.
- Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot.
- Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
