What you will do

• Grow and scale an engineering team servicing industrial clients in the Permian and Delaware Basins.
• Manage project budgets, scopes, and technical quality of deliverables.
• Mentor and coach team members through individualized development plans.
• Coordinate work assignments for engineers, designers, and technicians.
• Support business development and proposal preparation as a Seller-Doer.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide quarterly business updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of engineering or relevant field experience.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Must physically live within the Midland/Odessa, Texas area.
• Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Ability to work with limited information to create system designs and plans.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure.
• Previous leadership experience within a consulting organization.
• Proficiency with power system software such as PSSE, PSCAD, PLSCADD, ETAP, or SKM.
• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot.
• Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
