TL;DR

AVP, Field Sale Manager (Fintech): Driving product engagement and credit goal achievement through regional and store-level leadership sales with an accent on relationship management and in-store execution strategies. Focus on increasing application volume, developing credit awareness programs, and managing high-level client relationships across Mid-California.

Location: Hybrid (California, US). Must reside in or near the Bakersfield area and be able to cover the Mid-California territory (Bakersfield, Fresno, Modesto, Santa Maria, Santa Barbara).

Salary: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 Annual

What you will do

  • Drive application volume to meet or exceed operational plan goals.
  • Develop and implement in-store product execution strategies and marketing programs.
  • Maintain key external client relationships at store, market, and regional levels.
  • Conduct on-going training and create credit awareness programs for management.
  • Audit point-of-sale materials for compliance and manage marketing budgets.
  • Support store openings and relocation events within the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in Financial Services.
  • Minimum 3 years of field or outside sales experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of Client Relationship Management (CRM) experience.
  • Experience developing and pitching presentations to all levels of management.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no sponsorship provided).
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Private Label Sales and Marketing experience.
  • Strong finance business and industry acumen.
