Location: Must be based in the US (Arizona, Texas, or Florida). Hybrid options available in the Phoenix, AZ metro area; remote work available for residents of Texas and Florida.

Compensation: $85,000 – $130,000+ per year (Hourly Base + Uncapped Commission + Spiffs + Incentives)

What you will do

  • Influence and move prospects through the loan application process to close sales within 1–2 calls.
  • Manage a pipeline of up to 20 active transactions to ensure consistent lead progression.
  • Identify customer financial pain points and articulate the value of digital loan products.
  • Consistently exceed daily and weekly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
  • Navigate CRM systems efficiently while maintaining high-energy customer conversations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recent inside sales experience, preferably in an outbound call center environment.
  • Proven track record of success in commission-heavy sales roles.
  • Must be based in Arizona, Texas, or Florida to meet regional work requirements.
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
  • Ability to attend initial training in the Tempe, Arizona office.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
