What you will do

• Manage customer onboarding, periodic reviews, and trigger event reviews.
• Conduct ongoing and enhanced due diligence, including PEP and adverse media screening.
• Review CCTV footage and transaction enquiries to support AML investigations.
• Analyse KYC information and documents to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with Venue Managers and Legal/Risk teams on KYC and KYE uplift programs.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal corporate policies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Gaming, Banking or a related field.
• Familiarity with risk controls and AML requirements specifically within a gaming environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital technology.
• Ability to work independently and conduct in-person venue visits.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or Economics.
• CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) certification.
