What you will do
- Lead the full spectrum of company secretarial functions for licensed entities across multiple global regions.
- Organize and facilitate board, committee, and general meetings, including preparing agendas, resolutions, and minutes.
- Maintain statutory filings and registers to ensure accurate and timely regulatory compliance.
- Manage group corporate matters, including incorporations, restructurings, capital injections, and winding down.
- Coordinate external service providers and act as a key liaison for directors, investors, and regulators.
- Support entity-level audits and due diligence processes for M&A, financing, and regulatory reviews.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in company secretarial roles.
- Must be based in Singapore or Australia (Sydney/Melbourne).
- Proven track record supporting boards in global or regional corporate structures.
- Experience managing multi-jurisdictional entities and complex group structures.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with Board members and regulators.
- High integrity, discretion, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Nice to have
- Experience within a regulated financial services or fintech environment.
- Chartered Secretary qualification.
