What you will do

• Prepare daily inventory reports and analyze customer demand trends and inventory consumption patterns.
• Set optimal field inventory levels, execute inventory adjustments, and manage replenishment shipments to maintain target service levels.
• Identify and escalate inventory supply risks, lead mitigation planning, and minimize customer impact and supply disruptions.
• Manage inventory aging, expirations, and asset recovery across customer accounts.
• Present inventory performance metrics, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with internal teams and carrier partners including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in inventory management, demand planning, supply chain analytics, operations, customer account management, or a related role.
• Ability to analyze demand trends, inventory performance, and supply chain data to develop actionable recommendations and inventory strategies.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP, BI, AI, inventory management, forecasting, or supply chain planning systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust and engage internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ability to identify supply risks and evaluate potential business impacts.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
• Hands-on approach, teamwork, flexibility, active participation in daily stakeholder interactions, and willingness to manage the workload.
• Ability to follow corporate policies and HIPAA standards when handling patient data.
