Salary: $73,150 – $80,850 annual base

What you will do

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Student Marketeers to increase product trial on university campuses.
• Develop and execute regional marketing plans focusing on sports, culture, and key consumption occasions.
• Build and maintain relationships with opinion leaders and influencers in the local region.
• Manage day-to-day logistics, including fleet, inventory, and warehouse operations.
• Implement Image Driving Distribution to ensure product availability across key playgrounds.
• Manage and forecast budgets for regional events, activations, and travel.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in event marketing.
• Proven background in negotiation, partnerships, and budget management.
• Deep understanding of sports and culture landscapes with a relevant network.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.
• University or college degree, ideally in Marketing or Events Management.
• Valid full Driver’s License and ability to lift 25lbs.
