Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, GTA, Canada

Salary: CA$100K–CA$150K annually, based on proficiency and experience, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own messaging, positioning, brand voice, competitive materials, and product launch communications.
• Plan and run multi-channel campaigns across paid advertising, email, social media, webinars, and events.
• Manage the marketing funnel, attribution, lead routing, list hygiene, MQL definitions, and sales handoff.
• Build buyer-journey content including blog posts, case studies, one-pagers, campaign copy, and multimedia content.
• Own SEO, visibility in AI-generated answers, website messaging, and conversion-focused landing pages.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and leadership on demand generation, market feedback, and performance reporting.

Requirements

• Experience marketing to engineering audiences and breadth across product marketing, demand generation, and brand and content.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to use funnel and experiment results to adjust strategy.
• Startup or scale-up experience, with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and self-direct.
• Active daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and design or image-generation tools.
• Hands-on experience with paid advertising, marketing automation, HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing SaaS tools.
• Strong design taste and the ability to create compelling messaging and content.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting in-person events or conferences.
• Podcast, video, or other multimedia content experience.
