TL;DR

What you will do

  • Build and deploy email campaigns in Pardot (Account Engagement): load lists, apply segmentation, run QA/testing, schedule sends, and monitor early performance.
  • Source and maintain prospect lists using ZoomInfo and Salesforce: segment by ICP, validate required fields, remove duplicates, and prepare clean lists for outreach.
  • Maintain marketing operations documentation (checklists, SOPs, naming conventions) and standardize repeatable processes across Pardot, Salesforce, and Monday.com.
  • Support Salesforce CRM operations: maintain campaign records, associate leads/contacts to campaigns, assist with lead routing, and perform regular data hygiene (deduplication, field/status updates).
  • Track and report campaign and funnel performance (deliverability, engagement, lead flow, conversion), maintain dashboards, and flag data quality issues affecting reporting.
  • Manage marketing ops work in Monday.com (intake requests, track tasks/timelines, maintain statuses) and provide occasional webinar/event support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, events, or related roles (internships/co-op welcome).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfort working with data (spreadsheets, sorting/filtering, basic formulas) and ability to spot inconsistencies while following processes.
  • Experience (or coursework) with marketing/CRM tools such as Salesforce, Pardot/Account Engagement, ZoomInfo, and Monday.com; willingness to learn documented processes is required.
  • Ability to document work (checklists/SOPs), perform QA before launches, and manage multiple requests without losing details.
