Field Marketing Manager

Location: Remote, with approximately 30% travel required within Canada and the United States.

Salary: $84,800 – $132,500 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and own the annual field marketing plan, identifying high-impact opportunities for local events and tradeshows.
• Lead end-to-end execution of events, including creative concept, venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, and onsite delivery.
• Manage program-level budgets, forecasts, and reporting to track engagement quality and lead generation.
• Coordinate exhibitor presence at tradeshows, ensuring booth setup, staffing, and messaging align with broader marketing goals.
• Build scalable playbooks, training materials, and reporting models to support the growth of the events team.
• Pilot new engagement ideas and activations to improve attendee experience and drive measurable results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in experiential event marketing, including managing both field events and a portfolio of tradeshows.
• Proven ability to design event programs, set objectives, and build repeatable playbooks.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and vendor negotiations.
• Experience representing events in cross-functional settings and working with senior leadership.
• Must be comfortable with 30% travel for onsite execution at conferences and events across Canada and the US.
• Proficiency in tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Monday, and Notion.
