What you will do

• Lead a team of Enterprise Implementation Consultants managing multiple concurrent client projects.
• Ensure each implementation phase is completed efficiently and on time to secure long-term client success.
• Conduct weekly status meetings with client stakeholders and executive management.
• Resolve client escalations professionally to maintain high satisfaction and retention rates.
• Collaborate with sales, data, training, and product teams to meet project timelines.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and career development planning for direct reports via weekly one-on-ones.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 7-10 years of experience in team management, client relationships, project management, or SaaS implementation.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects with high attention to detail.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
