What you will do

• Own end-to-end risk assessment capabilities for customers and transactions across the entire product ecosystem.
• Develop risk management strategies to minimize customer friction through automated real-time decisions and efficient offline processes.
• Scale risk operations and assessments using AI and automation to serve a global audience.
• Formulate a compelling platform vision based on customer insights and define key success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, risk, and operations teams to align on and execute the platform roadmap.
• Manage delivery timelines and ruthlessly prioritize initiatives to ensure tactical execution.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a Product Management role designing and delivering world-class products.
• Must be based in New York, New York.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-informed mindset.
• Experience partnering with engineering and design teams to build products critical to growth, engagement, and retention.
• Design-thinking mindset and a proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
