Senior Manager - Payments (Fintech): Leading the growth of the Payments team in North America by winning and delivering consulting projects with an accent on US payment regulations and compliance. Location: Hybrid (USA). Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of a office (e.g., Charlotte, NYC, Seattle, SF, LA, Houston, Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, DC) and work from the office at least three days per week.
Salary: $150,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do
- Provide expert guidance on US payment regulations including ACH, RTP, FedNow, Crypto, and mobile payments.
- Develop compliance strategies and regulatory frameworks based on PCI DSS, KYC, AML, and PSD2.
- Support clients with new product strategy, product pipelines, roadmaps, and user stories.
- Manage multiple consulting engagements, ensuring on-time and high-quality deliverables.
- Drive business development through proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership.
- Lead cross-functional teams using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in a payments-related organization (Issuer, Acquirer, or FinTech).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of US payment regulations, protocols (APIs), and security standards.
- Proven experience leading product implementations and advising senior leadership on industry trends.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.
- Residence within commuting distance of a office is required.
Nice to have
- MBA or Master's degree in Payments or a Financial field.
- Previous experience as a Product Manager within Financial Services.
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Rally.
