Salary: $150,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide expert guidance on US payment regulations including ACH, RTP, FedNow, Crypto, and mobile payments.
• Develop compliance strategies and regulatory frameworks based on PCI DSS, KYC, AML, and PSD2.
• Support clients with new product strategy, product pipelines, roadmaps, and user stories.
• Manage multiple consulting engagements, ensuring on-time and high-quality deliverables.
• Drive business development through proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in a payments-related organization (Issuer, Acquirer, or FinTech).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of US payment regulations, protocols (APIs), and security standards.
• Proven experience leading product implementations and advising senior leadership on industry trends.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.
• Residence within commuting distance of a hirify.global office is required.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master's degree in Payments or a Financial field.
• Previous experience as a Product Manager within Financial Services.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Rally.
