What you will do

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for the Cash Platform, balancing performance with long-term monetization.
• Drive API design and technical infrastructure decisions in partnership with engineering leads.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Money Movement, Sales, Legal, and Financial Crimes teams.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to communicate roadmap direction and build alignment.
• Own critical decisions directly impacting the revenue and cost profile of money movement operations.
• Analyze the competitive landscape to establish benchmarks for FX and payout products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Strong technical foundation, ideally as a former engineer or data scientist, with the ability to own API design decisions.
• Business-minded approach with a focus on revenue and commercial impact.
• Proven experience in FX, cross-border payments, treasury, or similar financial infrastructure.
• Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments requiring coordination across finance, legal, and engineering.
• Strong execution skills with a track record of shipping in high-stakes, ambiguous environments.
