Staff Product Manager (Payments): Leading payment initiatives and owning the strategy and roadmap for payment solutions with an accent on improving transaction success rates and sustainable business growth. Focus on optimizing payment experiences, reducing revenue loss, and creating scalable solutions for millions of users.

Location: Remote within Brazil

What you will do

  • Own and execute the product roadmap for payment integrations and related initiatives.
  • Develop strategies to improve authorization rates, reduce payment failures, and minimize customer churn.
  • Collaborate with finance teams, payment providers, and engineering to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Define and monitor OKRs, goals, KPIs, and success metrics to measure product performance.
  • Transform data insights into actionable decisions and product improvements.
  • Support fraud prevention initiatives and optimize payment processes.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience leading impactful product development initiatives with a proven track record.
  • Strong ability to use metrics and data analysis to guide product decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and navigate ambiguity in evolving environments.
  • Must be based in Brazil.
  • Understanding of AI fundamentals and interest in emerging AI technologies.

Nice to have

  • Experience in payments.
  • Previous experience with advanced data analysis.
