Salary: $176,000 - $220,000

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for domestic P2P payments from early functional testing through public launch and scale.
- Champion an AI-first way of working to accelerate research, competitive analysis, and embed AI directly into the product experience.
- Define and prioritize core user journeys including onboarding, fund linking, sending/requesting money, and dispute resolution.
- Partner with engineering and design to ship iteratively using a build-measure-learn loop and A/B testing to drive adoption and retention.
- Collaborate with risk, compliance, and fraud teams to build scalable safety and trust mechanisms.
- Develop the business case and unit economics for scaling the product, including transaction costs and monetization strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer fintech or high-growth consumer mobile products.
- Proven track record of taking a product from early-stage (0-to-1) through to scaled, high-volume usage.
- Must be based in the USA with an AI-first mindset and the ability to use AI tools in daily workflows.
- Deep familiarity with the P2P payments landscape (e.g., Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal).
- Strong quantitative skills, including comfort with SQL and data-driven experimentation.
- Experience partnering with risk, compliance, or trust & safety functions for money-movement products.
