Salary: $162,800 – $239,400 USD (based on location and experience).

What you will do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the core risk decisioning and policy engine.
• Define technical architecture for internal APIs, platform services, and data pipelines.
• Partner with data engineering to optimize data strategies for high-throughput platforms.
• Integrate and orchestrate third-party identity and financial data sources.
• Translate complex risk policy goals into actionable engineering requirements.
• Define and track platform-level success metrics like latency, throughput, and accuracy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in fintech or payments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Deep technical fluency in data infrastructure, including Data Lakes and real-time processing.
• Experience defining requirements for decisioning platforms, rules engines, or orchestration layers.
• Ability to work directly with engineers on API schemas, data models, and system architecture.
• Proven track record of owning platform-level metrics and driving roadmap investment decisions.

• Experience modernizing risk decisioning platforms at scale.
• Familiarity with machine learning model integration, feature engineering, and model monitoring.
