Recruiter - Fulfillment Center Staffing

Location: On-site at fulfillment centers in Jessup, PA and Wilkes-Barre, PA

What you will do

• Execute recruiting and candidate pipeline plans for entry-level fulfillment-center roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and meet hiring goals.
• Manage a consistent, high-volume flow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing.
• Track hiring-cycle goals, metrics, and performance, and communicate status and results.
• Maintain a strong candidate experience, including regular connections with new hires.
• Propose and implement improvements to recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Expertise working with an applicant tracking system.
• Strong project management and agency management skills.
• Outstanding networking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take initiative, build productive relationships, and manage competing priorities independently.
• High sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Comfort with current technology and recruiting tools.
