• Provide technical software support, setup, and implementation guidance to clients via email and phone.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences (or equivalent experience).
• Must be based in or able to work in Irving, TX (Hybrid).
• Ability to provide live technical support via phone and email.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong customer-focused mindset.
• Flexibility for travel during the second week of employment for mandatory training.
