• Provide technical software support, setup, and implementation guidance via email and phone.
• Troubleshoot application issues and deliver effective solutions to client challenges.

• Promote product features and best practices to champion client success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, Computer/Engineering Sciences or equivalent experience.
• Experience providing live technical support via phone and email.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Attention to detail and a process-driven approach to accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced and ever-changing environments.
• Availability for travel during the second week of employment for training purposes.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hirify.global or other property management/real estate software.
• Hands-on experience with application troubleshooting and technical support.
