Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Sciences (or equivalent experience).
• Comfortable providing live technical support and troubleshooting via phone and email.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong customer-focused mindset.
• Must be available for travel during the second week of employment for training.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Irving, TX.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with technical support and application troubleshooting.
