What you will do
- Handle inbound calls and serve as the professional first point of contact for clients.
- Follow branching call scripts to accurately capture job details and perform discovery.
- Manage the company calendar to schedule and confirm service appointments.
- Provide clients with updates on service history and existing appointment details.
- Escalate critical issues and urgent service requests to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within Housecall Pro.
Requirements
- Professional verbal English communication skills with a friendly phone manner.
- Experience working with CRM or scheduling platforms, preferably Housecall Pro.
- Ability to follow structured scripts while adapting to various call scenarios.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for documenting client info.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
